4/29 We went short VSH 4/13 at open at $22.30. Today we took half off on cross up of 3x3 on 30 minute chart at $18.50 for +3.80, 17%. A 12 day trade! We leave the rest in for daily chart.

4/29 We went short ASML 4/12 at $18.65 on 30 minute chart. After reaching first profit point of 16.25 we took off half our position on cross up of 3x3 on 30 minute chart at $15.85 for +$3.00, 16%. Not bad for a 13 day trade! We leave the rest in for daily chart.

4/28 We were short RCL 4/13 at $44.55. Today, 4/28, after hitting our 1st profit point we banked half on 60 minute support at $41.28 for +3.27, 7.3%

4/28 We took our biggest loss ever today. We went long ASCA 4/23 at $34.40 EOD and exited today, 4/28 at $32.09 EOD for -$2.31, 6.7%. Sure it hurts, but we move on.

4/25 We were short MRO 4/20 at $33.30. We closed the position 4/23 t $33.30 EOD for -.78, 2.3%Fibmaster wrote in his alert, "Unfortunately we were whipped out...I would not be surprised if it turns down soon, but must stick to my rules and exit now that it has closed up on the dailyl chart. This is to keep our losses small. We may have another entry soon."

4/23 We were keeping an eye on BCC (per 4/18 post), but it has rallied too high so we are removing it from our watch list. AXL has also rallied too high and is out of our shorting area, so we are removing it from our watch list also.

4/22 We were short TECD 4/14 at open at $41.42. Our subscribers were alerted today, 4/22, that our exit was triggered today with the cross up of TRSI and 3x3 at $40.33 EOD for a gain of $1.09, 2.6%

4/21 We were long HCC from 3/31. On 4/6 we exited half of our position at $32.97, 2%. On 4/20 our subscribers were alerted, "There was a climax rally intraday, then a cross down of TRSI on the 60 minuted chart. End-of-day traders have an exit signal too." We closed out the remaining half at $33.06, 2.3%

4/16 We were short BCC 4/13 at $35.23 EOD, and after only one day going in our favor, it went against us. On 4/15 it closed slightly above the 3x3 on daily, while the TRSI was still barely down, so we decided to give it another day. Fibmaster said in his 4/15 Alert "I'll give it another bar, see if TRSI holds, but wouldn't blame you if you bailed out. If you use 3x3 you have an exit signal". On 4/16 we kept a close eye on BCC, and after the first 30 bar showed some thrust, be exited at $36.21 for -98 cents, 2.8%. While BCC could still turn down, it could also reach 37.25. We will keep it on our watch list for a few days.

4/14 We received ABT 4/4 and for awhile it looked like it was setting up perfectly. Then on 4/12 ABT gapped down below the 3x3 on the Daily chart and out of our shorting zone. Therefore we are removing it from our watch list.

4/12 We took an aggressive long intraday FHRX 4/7 at $16.28. On 4/12 FHRX crossed and closed below the 3x3 on Daily chart, so we are out at $16.00 EOD for -28 cents, a 1.7% loss.

4/14 We went long CAKE 3/26 at $44.98. On 3/30 we exited half position at $46.75 for +$1.77, 3.9%. After making some nice advances, CAKE fell back sharply today and triggered an exit on the remaining half at $46.64 for +$1.66, 3.7%. We wanted a little more icing on this cake, but it was not to be--but it was still tasty! (look to CMVT post for ProfitPoint newsletter)

4/14 We went Long CMVT 3/25 at $17.45. On 4/6 we exited half position at $19.44 for +$1.99, 11.4%. On 4/13 we exited the remaining half at $18.79 for +$1.34, 7.7%. Overall a pretty nice trade, don't you think?

4/12 We were short UCL from 4/7 at $ 37.15. Today a quick rally closed above the 3x3 on Daily and triggered our exit at $37.60 EOD for a 45 cent loss, 1%. Better to take the small loss and move on than sit around and "hope" it comes back down.

Our subscribers asked for it, so ProfitPoint delivered.
As of 4/5/04 ProfitPoint initiated a new policy of sending alerts via the newsletter, to all our subscribers of all entries and exits. The purpose is to give subscribers the entry/exit triggers as soon as possible. Look out for the new section in the newsletter called "Today's Chart Updates", for the trade alerts.
We tested this program before initiating it. It is our desire to continue to make ProfitPoint the best newsletter on the web. We welcome all suggestions.

4/8 On 3/17 we went long PRGO @ $19.21. Our subscribers received an alert to exit half position on 4/6 @ $20.43 for +$1.22, 6.4%. Today, with the cross down of the TRSI our subscribers were alerted to exit the remaining half @ $20.43 for +$1.22, 6.4% (coincidentally the same price as two days before). But we are not complaining about another +6.4% trade! Bank it and move on!

4/7 This week we began our new policy of issuing alerts (via email) to our subscribers regarding entry and exit triggers. Yesterday, 4/6 our subscribers were issued the following alerts:
Exit half HCC @ $32.97 for +.64, 1.9%
Exit half CAKE @ $46.75 for +1.77, 3.9%
Exit half CMVT @ $19.44 for +1.99, 11.4%
Exit half PRGO @ $20.43 for +1.22, 6.4%
